The Neurologistics Method™ is Cecile’s framework for investigating how human and organizational conditions interact to influence execution. It uses logistics as a disciplined language for asking what entered a system, what was understood, how responsibility and authority were routed, what was staged, what happened during execution, and what evidence was verified.
It does not replace Lean Six Sigma, systems engineering, psychology, neuroscience, education, or management science. It provides a common language for making complex conditions more observable and actionable.
