Cecile C. Johnson is an Operational Systems Architect, Transformation Consultant, Speaker, Writer, and creator of The Neurologistics Method™ — a proprietary framework for examining and rebuilding the systems underneath human and organizational performance.
Her work is grounded in logistics, supply chain, warehouse and manufacturing operations, leadership systems, process improvement, cross-functional execution, training, standard work, and frontline operational reality. Cecile is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 10+ years of experience across logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, operations, leadership, inventory, and continuous improvement. She understands how work, materials, information, authority, responsibility, and decisions move — and what happens when those systems become fragmented, overloaded, misrouted, or disconnected.
Logistics gave Cecile the structural foundation. Sports sharpened her understanding of discipline, pressure, repetition, and recovery. Music, poetry, spoken word, art, technology, and culinary practice gave her additional languages for translating complex systems into ideas people can understand and apply.
Cecile is neurodivergent and lives with ADHD. Her associative pattern recognition influences how she recognizes relationships, constraints, gaps, and downstream effects across complex systems. It is one part of her working lens — not a substitute for evidence, disciplined analysis, or operational experience.
